Core Session

Energy is the essence of all existence. Through the shamanic approach, we delve directly into the source of underlying blockages, transforming stale energy to light. Inital energy sessions are based on two fundamental directions of Q`ero shamans, South and West. In the South, representing the realm of healing and purification, we utilize the practice of Illumination to identify and release limiting programs in LEF, old wounds, and beliefs that no longer serve us. Through this process we shed the past as serpent sheds its skin. In the West, symbolizing introspection and rebirth,  finding stories that need to die within us so that we can start living free. Stepping beyond fear, and becoming storyteller of your life. By releasing these energies, we facilitate a deep process of transformation and a new beginning. 

In each Session we work on what is most important at the moment for your transformation, with the guidance of Heart. We are all different, so one size fits all isn`t approach that we use in our work. Heart always knows what your soul needs.
